Default Need help!

I need some help. I have a 17 ft aluminum express bass boat and I started taking on water. I thought it was my live well lines leaking. I filled my boat and live well up with water and and nothing is leaking that I can see. I am afraid it is the transum. Is there anyone around Lake Charles that works on transums and is reasonable? Or does any have any suggestions?

If there is white chalk around where things built to the boat you have a corrosion problem, also look for bubbles in the paint witch would also be an indication of heavy corrosion. If the aluminum is cracked do to stress I can weld it for you. I own Acadiana Propeller in Lafayette. The shop # is 337-706-7789.
