Default The big ugly

Caught this big ugly sucker yesterday in dularge. Also managed a few nice redfish. Me and gonzalesdave made a trip to the du. Water conditions were crappy. But most fish were caught sight casting. A good time was had

We did learn a valuable lesson, you cannot lift a 50lb drum in an aluminum handle net! Lmao

Yes you can [I think]...... just got to do it right.

Get the fishes head in the net with end of the handle pointing up. Grab the tail with one hand and lift the net with the other..... keeping the end of the handle pointing up [not horizontal].

Never caught a 50 pounder to try this out. Works for a 30# fish.
