Default I caught a tagged red, but.....

it was not a cca tag. Talk about dissapointing. I also placed 2nd in our Cajun Castaway Kayak tournament yesterday on Big Lake. I lost by about 3 ounces with a cajun slam. Two bad breaks in one day, maybe my luck will change.

Here is the tag info if this was anyones tag.

If you were not registered for the STAR it would be a CCA tag! That's my luck any way. Good job on the tourney though.

wow thats cool!! i ran a quick search for that addy.. turns out that tagged redfish was tagged by NOAA's Southeast Fisheries Science Center in Miami, Fla.!

here's their website: http://www.sefsc.noaa.gov/home.jsp

if you give them a call, i bet they can tell you all the stats on that fish when it was released! very cool catch man!!

id be interested to know what you learn about this fish!

yellow & white tags have been used recently as part of CCA/LDWF coop tagging program.

Call CCA offices and ask for Tony Berrigan - 225-952-9200

Are you sure it is "*" tag? My tags are white and don't say Miami, FL. Nobody from the tagging would call me back. I hope to find out soon.
