Default lake Boudreaux

Has anyone been catching reds lately in Lake Boudreaux? My buddy just bought a Gator Tail and we're looking to chase some shallow water reds this weekend.

Yes, slot reds are all over Boudreaux. Bull reds are on the islands.

Not a bad day at all. We put 32 specks on ice between 14-21 and 5 reds between 20- 28. No limits but who cares I've got enough to invite the family over for some fried specks and grilled reds.

It was slightly muddy in the actual lake where we caught the specks but up in the marsh north of the lake was crystal clear. I've never seen so many sheep head in one area they were everywhere but we couldn't get any of them to take our spinner baits
