Moratorium

The other day I read on sc that gov jindal was going to place a moratorium on the loop. Does anyone have any info on this. I was hoping gov jindal will stick to his guns and fight for la against Obama.

I believe it's been put out to pasture for now. I think it had a lot to do with logistics of where a new bridge could cross the MS River and the idea that NO ONE wants this loop near them.
