Trying to decide whether or not to go to Lacassine in the morning. What's y'all's advice?

What will you do otherwise????

You will never get the day back, so do what you like to do, or spend it with the wife.

That's next weekend. I'm gonna take her and our son to Lacassine to catch some perch.
I just don't know what this crazy weather had done to the fishing.

If i had to guess about the bass.... it would be lockdown until the sun peaks and temps start coming back up. That water heats and cools quickly bc it isnt deep. never know til ya go.

Fishing all the way. I'd rather be fishing in the rain/wind than working any day.

I don't fish lacassine, but I would have to guess this front would slow the bass down, not because of water temps though. Just because pressure will be spiking and blue bird skies. But it could excite them a little since the water will be cooling off. I don't know the normal temps down there but I know in the black water here, the water temps been near 75 already.

Now for Indian Creek, where I fish, I think its going to slow them down just because water is so clear and they'll spot you fast with those clear skies.
