Default Merle Haggard concert!
Had a fantastic Saturday night with my wife enjoying the legendary Merle Haggard concert at Paragon Casino in Marksville, LA. We were joined by one of my high school classmates and her husband. After the show we went to one of the bars in the casino and I had the pleasure of meeting and having a beer with one of Merle's sons, Noel Haggard.

One of them sons lived in Creole for a while. I seen Merle in Cameron and Creole jamming with Lil Abe.

Yes his son Noel worked and lived in Cameron for a while. He opened for Merle Sat. pm. He is a very talented singer. After the concert I was in the bar and Noel came in and we talked for a bit about his days in Cameron and I bought him a beer. Nice guy.

He was there about 12 or so years ago.
