lookin at a 18' Nautic Star it's an 05 with a 06 merc 115 optimax the boat has been kept covered and has lots of extras he said will sell for 11,000 is that a good deal

its like a bay boat right? i've got something similar but higher freeboards for offshore 18.5 striper with 175 for less than 9. boat market is in favor of the buyer right now, gotta take advantage of that

Very good deal. Have a mercury dealer run a scan on the pcm to check the hours and faults if you have not already.

I can back Longcast's statement. I have ridden on his boat (no homo) and it handles well. We took what I swear were some 3.5+ft rollers down the canal saturday with the strong south wind. We may have got airborne, but boat performed flawlessly.

I have a 08 18' nauric star with the 115 yamaha and I love it. Rides great just wish I would have went a little bigger but can't complain for my first boat. Sounds like a great price.

yeah i really want a 21' but its a good deal and don't really want to spend the money for a 21' right now hopefully in a couple of years i will be able to upgrade

my buddies stepdad has an 2006 18' nautic with 115 yammy and he paid a little more than that. and the person he got it from was in a bind for cash so I would say thats a great deal.
