Market Basket has great meat deals every Wed.
I stock up on Wed.
I usually get some ribs, leg quarters, pork loin, pork steak and what ever esle they got on sale and throw it on the smoker. Vaccum pack it for the wife when I am offshore. She can't cook.
I can eat 1 1/2 racks of ribs in one sitting. I have to let my wife have 1/2 rack.
