Weekend of dirty dishes!

ImageUploadedByTapatalk1359316855.261531.jpg And now I got a roast potato salad green beans and rolls cooking. I'm pretty sure I keep market basket in business. how did ya cook the brisket? smoked or in the magnalite?

Cooked it on the pit. Put a hard smoke on it for about 45 minutes then took it off shot it up put in a pan with some beef broth and luds sauce covered it back up and put it back on the pit for about 3 hours.

Do you trim your brisket up any before you cook it?
Sometimes I do and sometimes I don't. Haven't noticed much difference but wondering how others cook theirs. |
