Default Wild game recipes?

Anyone know a good website? Have some wild turkey breast thawing. I know I need to brine it, but looking for something more interesting than just "wrap in bacon and grill".

Here is the last one that I cooked.

I injected it with a lemon, onion, bell pepper, lemon juice, melted butter, salt, pepper and garlic mixed in a blender . Then stuffed it and baked.

Interesting on the fry idea. Just plain ole deep fat fry? What do you coat it with?

That stuffed one looks delish!

I cut into chunks or strips, season, put mustard on it, then fish fry and drop in grease. No brine step needed. Never comes out dry this way.
