Default Vbay 11/22

Brought my crew with me this trip. wasted some time at the cove then headed to weeks bay. ended up fishing some canals and got 18, and one bass. i would have limited out but the rain chased us out. caught them on the new soft dine twitchbaits. water was so clear i saw almost every fish hit, it was awesome!

as i was running from the rain i slowed for some boats fishing and they were close to a limit as well. hope the bite holds out through tomorrow. Im goin back!

Man I have been on a dry run lately. it was nice to find some fish! the wienie dog Jak is a true fishing dog. He was on the deck the whole time with me. If he had thumbs he would have had a pole.

And this is where he is now, wore slap out.

Excellent trip. What kind of boat do you have? I like that step up to the bow deck. That is something I'm thinking about on my next boat. Do you find you loose useable space on the front deck with that step?

Nautic Star 2110, love the step, Since it is a box it adds storage space and eases getting on and off deck. I use it as my fish box. No more slimmed drinks in the ice chest.
