Default Mermentau river.

Anybody been to the river lately? What about Lacassine bayou? Things should be heating up? I'm hearing reports of good bass being caught but no sacalait reports yet.

Hard to find good water. Will have to be coming out of a canal. River is very muddy.

Tried to go out by the lake Arthur yacht club today, got about 10 minutes out and realized the boat had a leak so we came back in. They had a couple fishing rigs launched at the 14 boat launch but only ran into the coast guard.
