They where stacked up at our place in little chenier this weekend. Had 18 greys and wedigon by 7:30.

Cajun duck man. I am calling you out on marrying the only girl from kaplan whos dad dont have ducks. My wifes from there also and we put a blind on paw in laws land in cow island. So for one blue wing. Sooo you are not along. Lol

Not may ducks on the Blue Flats, Specklebelly's are around but must be patient, 5 specks Sat., 7 specks Sunday. 1 shy of limit both days.

Well there wasn't crap just north of Sweet lake this morning. Ducks anyways. Good bit of geese around, but nothing crazy.

Managed 18 sat and 18 sunday with one speck sunday in Holly Beach. But very few birds, other blinds on the lease were scratching and having 5 or so. Wasn't there friday but I heard the birds were pretty thick at the time. They went somewhere that's fasho.

We had a 4 man limit Saturday near Lacassine Bayou with pintails, mallards, and teal, even with no wind. Much slower yesterday with 8 even though we had 4 mallards and a pintail. This morning, cold but no wind. Killed 8 again but 6 teal and 2 pintail. Didn't see near the amount of birds we saw this wknd. Birds are hard to pattern, for sure.

LOL...One time during a freeze during the 90's I did see mallards out there; but my FIL has told me many stories of the many ducks that were killed out there when he was a child in the 30's and 40's.

They've eaten about 1/2 the grass out of my ponds. They must have been in there thick during the split. Sure did make for fun hunting during the 2nd opener!
