Look up state wildlife refuge. On the PDF map they show what's private and public in little bay. I can tell you anything east of there from lil bay to Avery island is private.

The areas to the west of the refuge line are private as well even though the map does not state that. My grandpaw and I used to lease some property out there before rita.
