Default Nothin' fancy, but pretty tasty

Wife is not always the biggest fan of fish so I am always trying something new for her. Tonight it was Parmesan crusted trout on a bed of garlic butter rice with steamed vegetables. She and the kids enjoyed it quite a bit. ImageUploadedByTapatalk1418343667.876410.jpg

Mix panko bread crumbs with fresh grated parmesan in a bag. Soak filets in egg wash, throw in bag. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes

If you want something a little different and easy when fixin some fish.....

Try putting a little Pace Picante Sauce along with your other seasonings.
