Default Wow...

The IHOP in Baton Rouge burnt to the ground over the weekend supposedly because someone threw a lit cigarette into the flowerbed and ignited the mulch. It seems like with all the strict standards for commercial buildings, they could be built a little more 'fire-proof'...

Betcha they had that Softscape mulch. Ive had 2 different jobs catch fire because of the same thing happening,

Yea no kid'n. sad thing is, every IHOP I can think of right off hand has a fire station within 2 miles. So what the heck happened on their end. Which IHOP was it

The one on Siegan. A friend of mine was at the new Poncho's across the street watching it.

well, I guess thats a little better. That is the one that would have the longest response time. its prolly a 3-4 mile run to the closest station. Maybe more
