Guide recommendation

Going hunting/camping at Passe a l'outre in Venice at the end of the month. Thinking about having a guide meet us down there to catch some fish one of the days. Can anyone recommend someone that fishes that area?

I've heard good things about Capt Matt Caire....he is a member on here he fishes out of Buras I think...PM him and if he cant I bet he can recommend someone good
