Stopped by the best stop today and picked up some stuffed quail and rabbit back strap!

The beat ribeye's in the Acadiana area. 3/4" to 1" thick get the grill up to bout 450-500 and put it on 1 minute per side and enjoy!!! You can't beat their meat!
