Default Pork chops

I'm not an expert don't, i dont claim to be, I started cookin on a regular basis about 2 years ago and recently I've been cookin more at work as an operator, guys who are operators know we have PLENTY of time to cook a good meal. I love making a gravy I'm stinking up a pot right now at work with some smothered pork chops and all I have to say is you know your gettin good when you make a control room bathroom smell like your grandmas kitchen.
