Caught a big ole sheepy sunday,decided to give it a try. Talk about some good stuff. I will never throw them back again...

Gunna have to try it on da pit....that sucker nailed a slap stick,thought I had a big ole trout.

They are whiter meat than Redfish, but just as hard to clean.
I never throw them away. My wife and I love them.

Electricic Knife and work from the tail back to the head....hard part is the rib cage....

I leave the rib cage in them... I lay the fish flat and cut from head to tail down the middle right above the rib cage then just filet the top half of the fish.

I know there is alittle bit of waist but you end up with a nice pretty filet off those sheephead....
