No. I don't recall the med they put her on, but contractions have slowed dramatically as of this morning.

I have been there done that.........but mine was like your 1st one. Tell her do not lift a dang thing, and do not go out in the heat. These two things alone will thin the membranes which leads to loss of amniotic fluid, which will trigger more contractions. In other words, tell her to sit on her arse and do nothing...............Foti's orders! Just bake that little one like a good momma and we will have a tubiligation party for her after this one!

Praying for the little one and you and Mom as well. Remember the Good Lord never puts more bricks in the wagon than the mule can pull. And never ever apologize for turning to friends for prayers when things get tough. That is what God wants us to do.

Terrified doesn't even begin to scratch the surface of what is going thru my mind right now.

I am in disbelief and limbo at the same time. At what point does your love for your unborn child need to turn into the need to protect your wife?

How do I look at her as just an organism that is hurting Chelle?

A paernts love for his child vs. A husbands love for his wife............

I haven't talked to Chelle about my feelings or the horrible scenarios going thru my mind......if any of you reading this know her. Please never mention it.

This isn't the place to talk about such things, but I can't find the hispital priest right now.
Fight man that's all you can do besides pray and have ppl in your corner. Hola if you need and me and the wife send you our best!

good luck Dink. I went through this with my wife with both of our girls. She contracted early and constantly. Had the first one month early and the second 2 or 3 weeks early and both were fine. Like FFF said, tell her to rest. My wife was put on bedrest for this both times.
