Thanks First one was over 10#. Didn't get an official weight. Second was around 8#. Both released. Really wish I would have brought the first one to Toldeo town, but had an impressive amount of beer to drink in celebration. lol

Thanks man. Felt good. The 10# was in my group of friends annual tourney so that made it extra special. Mega shat talking goin on lol.

No doubt! Both on medium light rod, 20lb braid and 1/0 owner hook. Shout out to my deckhands both days for helping boat em lol. Forgot the net, as usual..

we did very good throughout weekend in 6 mile, 2 boats boating 50-60 fish with only 1 day of fishing, but sure as hell didnt have no slaunches like that, biggest was 3-7, lol

Funk I was a just a little south of yall then. lol This saturday we caugth maybe 30 fish with that one good one and one that went maybe 4#. Only kept 12.

I would hit spots I knew were good bedding areas where I had previously seen fish, and if they weren't on the beds, I would hit the nearest structures (deeper laydowns, docks, grass clumps,etc.) super slow. Also if I saw a fish I was interested in spending time on, before I started flipping in the bed, I would back off to where the bed was out of sight and blind cast in the bed a few times. Remember if you can see them, they can see you. I might spend 15 minutes on one fish and be convinced it wasn't going to bite, let it rest a minute, and circle back and catch it first cast from a distance.
