Its been great, easy once you get the trolling speed right for the depth. I buzz those swimbaits right above the grass and its a winner.

Thing works like a charm in deeper water too for locating fish, beats the heck out of any fish finder... LOL, I gonna get the Night Glow next and try on near shore reefs.

Make sure you get the kit they offer..its a steal of a deal! Heresa link: http://www.nestorbait.com/products-p...abama-rig-kit/

I bought the Yum double wire rig from Academy. I put two sparkle beetles on it and threw it under some birds. I would catch one big trout and one small trout every time but they would hammer it. I liked it better than mono double rigs.

Why you just put two on? I want to catch five at a time.

Thanks! Whatever you do DON'T drop it and then START to troll, you'll end up with nothing but grass LOL It really depends on how close the grass is to the surface, how far the line is out etc. ...keep and eye on it and pull it in and if you have grass caught on the swimbaits you know you need to speed it up or bring in some line. The nice thing is once you have it dialed in it is really consistent due to the weight of the rig...don't forget that the rig can be up to an Ounce or more of weight depending on the jig head so don't use regular braid or mono # test like you would for inshore or that puppy is coming off. I'm using a combination of black/white swimbaits or all white grub tails and its KILLING IT! If you order more than one rig from Nestor Bait, specify that you want different size swimbait jigs and swimbaits so you can try different stuff. The guy's name is Big Tone and he is really easy to work with, good old fashioned southern gentleman.
