Most were caught right out of Venice, do you have any idea how long it will take to get that many fish back in that area! They may have almost completely cleaned out some rigs! Not illegal but not cool either! As for the sucker punch, that much is true but it would not have mattered much! He can fight that capt any day of the week and it would turn out the same! I dont think that it was right and do not agree with what went down! It was a lot leading up to that night, not just one thing!

If I went to Florida and dumped thousands of pounds of red snapper on the dock in front of local captains, im sure they would be cool with that too right??? I dont think so!

I agree with that.............If its commercial he needs to have his own private place to clean his fish

Im not pissed at him, he knows me and I have never even looked at him wrong! Lets just say you can wear out your welcome doing what he done! We dont go to his dock and do that! He should have more respect for our waters! Why doesnt he stay in Florida and make a living? Why come over here? He makes a lot of money in Louisiana but we get none of his tax dollars! (the boat owners tax dollars)

The point you were trying to make is we dont want any out of state boats in Venice! The only problem is The Red Eye and the Dorado fished here for years, the Red Eye still does! We are good friends with Gary and Jeff, Never has there been an issue! EVER!

Hey W! This is a charter boat that fished Venice for a few years but they also carry a commercial license! Any time the two license mix its always something! These are good guys that fish the boat and they wasnt cleaning the fish at the dock but the fish were offloaded in Venice! We all knew the amount of amberjack that were being taken from Venice waters and it was very hard to watch an out of state boat that doesnt make a full time living in these waters take thousands and thoudands of pounds of amberjack! Most of us would never have acted in the way that one of our guys did! I hate that it happened, it gives Venice a bad rap! This happened out of many heated arguments and more than a few beers!

I feel you.... We have the same problem with Texas guides on our lake.... They want all catch and release in texas... But will come guide and rape our waters!!! I may be wrong for this but if I see a texas guide , guiding a trip on Big Lake... I do my best to mess him up.... I think its total BS that a texas guide is not good enough to catch fish in his area...he has to come to LA....

Well guys whatever you did it worked!!

UE is not going to LA to fish!

Now Evonn (UE) blames the anglers for this....

She pulled the plug early this week on the LA move and the Feb trip which is 3 1/2 weeks away and said it was because lack of bookings. IMO that's BS.

If you pull the trip with 3 weeks left NO SHT it wont fill up. DUH!!!

They have maybe a 3rd grade education over there so it's not even worth fighting with her.

Ohhh! And they went up on the price to $700 for a 60hr. FU*K THAT!!

I'm done with them and will just do private charter stuff.

This is what she said in a PM to me today.

They can say what they want. I am not spending $20,000+ to move a boat when I only have 5 customers booked for Feb. It's not a cop out it's business. I am not here to loose money. I am here to make money!

Corey, if you are talking about us, we are going out with Capt. Josh on his new 33ft Freeman.

Ya know, some of us just like fishing other places for the fun of it. I also know several guys that have fished with1 guide for many many years. They fish with this same guy, in S. America
, Bahamas, Florida you name it why? Because they like the guy and enjoy his company!
