My great grandfather served in WWII as well. Heroes...Just heroes!

I couldnt imagine what those men were thinking and feeling pulling up on the beach knowing there was a good chance that it was goning to be their last day on earth. True heros!! Thanks for your service and fighiting for my freedom.

High school friends grandfather was in the 502nd. Was awesome to hear his stories. Rode a Harley until the day he died, also parachuted back in for the 60th anniversary. RIP and salute to all the vets.

I've been told quite of few stories of my grandfathers travels through Europe. My grandfather is still one hard workin' sob at 84

Is love meet him and shake his hand! I would also enjoy hearing any stories he wanted to share, for I was too young to listen to my great granddad telling stories before he passed.
