Default Bass bite starting to heat up

Had to fish lure faster today than yesterday to get bit. All fish caught on soft plastics with 1/8 oz weight.

Must be terrible genetics in the basin. Those fish are around 3 1/2 4 lbs and only like 16-17 inches

They had a study on largemouth in the basin and the reason they are short are fat is because their main diet is crawfish. Looks like they had eggs too?
