how is the run from rollover to the gulf? distance? Never launched there and just curious. Tight canal?

Its not more than a couple miles. You can look at google earth and check out the route

i have gone to the gulf from roll over it prolly around 2 miles or so from the boat launch but warning ya if ur headin back in when low tide be careful cux as u enter back in there are sandbars tha u wud not even kno of cux i have hit two of them as i entered back in from the mouth. its very shallow just keep a eye out on the tide in tha area....

Yeah at least. The first canal from the launch is at least 2 miles on its own. Then to the first weir is at least 3 miles or so.

ah well i didnt notice tha it was tha many miles i guess i was crusing it didnt feel tha long to me to get to the mouth of the gulf. but there the answers to the question to 1234567 and yea rockafella gonna be closed for a while until august or so ugh its sud be open by now but not gonna happen yet. but looking forward to see how good of a job they will do to it. hopefully it will come out nice and safe, cux before it was all banged up out there. hopefully we the people will treat it good and keep it clean.
