Default Tailgating Grub Ideas

I've cooked jambalayas, gumbos, BBQ this, smoked that, and just about every other idea for a tailgate. What are some out of the box ideas or your favorite meals you've had a tailgates before. Trying to mix it up this year!

Chyeaaaa, have I!? I went to college for 5 1/2 years! oh wait, nevermind.

Give me some details, that pic looks something serious!

Looks like I may need to put some of my underwater basket weaving classes into action with that bacon!

Just google a fatty recipe. I made a couple. Basically you roll out some ground meat, stuff it with mushrooms, cheese, spinach etc..... then roll it into a tube. Then you cover it with a bacon weave. They come out pretty damn good.

This is a good friend of mines Cajun style fattie. slice this bad boy and put it on a bun with ya favorite dressings. ya can wrap it in bacon if ya wanna but it dont need it. The video is a step by step on how he does it.

For the early risers a breakfast fatty. Roll out 2 lbs jimmy dean sausage . top that w/ blueberry pancakes then some syrup on the pancakes then some cooked hash browns then scrambled eggs, you can add some sauteed veggies and hot peppers if you like . Roll up wrap w/ bacon and smoke . toss on pit or in oven to get the bacon real crispy

a 3/4"x3" pc of redfish or a throat in a 1/2 serrano pepper with a slab of pepperjack cheese and wrapped in bacon. cooked on the pit till ready. all kinds of variations, just try it if it sounds good. add onion, carrot, olive, garlic, mango, orange or anything that sounds good. might try nukin the bacon a bit before wrapping to insure that it gets done along with the fish.
