Yep , get closed cell under the camp it's nit cheap but the closed cell dries rock hard n will not absorb moisture like open cell. Closed cell is what they put on those insulates boxes on shrimp boats . Plus it adds tons of strength to the structure . What kind of floors are inside the camp??

my next home will be buried half way and the rest will be covered in earth. no better insulation than dirt.

Hardwood laminate throughout.

Is it possible to add this now once the house is built? Sorry, I'm an accountant and useless when it comes to construction.

Brick is a very poor insulator, yes rolled insulation is still standard but what was the R value they used?

The houses I build I only use roll/ batts for sound proof on interior walls , only tract home builders in my area use batts for insulation
