Default "Caveman Diet", with a spin ...

Couple of fresh catfish fillets seasoned up and sauteed in olive oil, bacon wrapped green beans on the side ...

Cover a lipped cookie sheet with foil, dump a can of drained green beans on the pan, open one pack of thin bacon and wrap em' up... They really dont need any seasoning, but a little soy sauce and maple syrup kicks them up a notch , just keep an eye on them because the syrup tends to brown and burn ...

Cook in a pre-heated oven @ 400 degrees for about 35-45 mins...

Good stuff !

My friend is on the same diet. Paleo I think it's called. He has been having pretty good results with it.
