The Roux (Cooking/BBQ/Recipes) What good is a cajun site without a cooking and recipe forum?

Default A Brie...licious Burger!

It has been probably over two months since I had a burger since I gave them up for Lent. I decided that I wanted to have a better than average cheese burger for my first burger in so long. What could be more decadent and delicious than a homemad burger with brie on it? Mmmmm.........
Now I didn't make super thick burgers tonight because the buns are pretty big in diameter but they were about 3/4 of an inch thick.
I'm not sure if you can see it like I do but this burger here has my name on it.

Ooops.... I didn't realize until I uploaded the pictures that you can't really see the burger with the oozy delicious melted brie that well. Take my word for it. It was there and it was fantastic!!!!!
