Question 200 Merc. alarm

I'm getting a continuous buzzer alarm on a 200 Merc. This is a temperature problem and not an oil alarm, right??? I replaced impeller and t-stats last year. Thinking I'll check the t-stats again first since its fairly easy. Last year they were corroded up pretty bad and stuck. The pisser seems to be working although it takes a while to start pumping after warming up. I was told that is normal for these motors??? Any suggestions?

Solid horn is overheat. And yes it is normal for it to take a little while for it to start pumping water out the tattle tale. The thermostats have to get to a certain temp before they open up.
