I'm really the only one here who likes and eats black eyes. The wife WILL have a couple of spoonfuls on New Years Day. Lol......

Got a meatloaf going on the grill in a while here.

Black eyes RE MY FAVORITE (dang Cap loc) Bean I truly love em and love black eye pea jumbalaya. The old folks called it ree-o fev?? in French and the northeners from around Baton Rouge called it hoppin-john. Call it what ya want but it's one of my favorites.
