Smile Mock Crab Meat

How to make Big Drum into Mock Crab meat.For all of you catching drum off of seawall or in the Lake.First fillet fish use the linoleum knife to start then switch to fillet knife.Ingredients 2 cups Milk, 1 Qt Chicken stock ,3 Qts. water,1Bag crab boil, 4 Tbsps Liquid crab boil ,1 onion,4 carrots,4 ribs celery,4 Tbs of Herbs de provence or Italian seasonings. Any fresh herbs you have.Put fish in cheesecloth.Bring water to boil.Let boil for 12 minutes.Then put cheesecloth in water, the minute it comes back to boil take off and set fish aside to cool. About 10 min .Then flake fillet to crab like flakes.Put in Fridge for 5 hrs.Then use like you would use Crab meat. Or, freeze for later use. Recipe from Rick from Mandeville.

I have done the fake crab meat a few times but i just used crab boil.
