Whats the best way to cook lemonfish? Just season and bake or broil? Season and put on pit?

Broil it in butter garlic lemon and parmasan (sp) cheese

it tastes a lot like halibut to me

i like it fried or BBQd like a steak, basically hard to mess up

With just sea salt and course ground black pepper. Same for snapper, tuna, and amberjack. A few minutes on each side, use one of those grilling baskets and fish does not fall apart, taste delecious and great presentation.
