In the oven now used cheddar and pepper jack. Will post pics and review in a couple hours when it's done

it's definitely one of those once or twice a year things!! It needed some peppers in it for sure

Since there is enough fat from the bacon, I would think some ground turkey or venison would go good on the inside too.
