I pretty sure that as long as you are not over 40 HP anything goes. I have seen shallow drives all over during fishing season.

Yes they are allowed, as long as its under 40hp

I have also heard no long tails, and have never seen one out there, but not 100% sure.

The rules say godevil type and air cooled motors are allowed but confused cause never seen one in there.
