Default Redfish mania!

Went to cast net for some shrimp at lamberts yesterday morning. As we passed through the wier we noticed a few redfish hitting so we went and caught a few shrimp. Went back and tied off to the pole casted and it was on!! Every cast within seconds produced a 24 to 28 inch red. Two limits caught as fast as we could reel them in and get them off our hooks. Many other boats joined and it didn't matter what they used soft plastics, cut up fish, dead shrimp it was the same. Saw at least 6 other boats pull out their limits. It was a blast!! Wish I could say the same for the shrimp but they just weren't running and the tide wasn't on our side. Spent at least 2 hours cast netting and left with half a limit. All in all though it was a great day on the water!!
