It is the best inshore fish on the coast..... West Matty is probably the best place to catch them in Texas - If you know how to catch them.... Where do yall find them there???

where i grew up fishing they are only offshore, weed lines, debris, buoy chain....

saw an episode of keith warren in tx catching huge ones on poppin corks and shrimp, never caught one that big.

Come on over to Matty, I'll put you on some..... We had seven before the wind started blowing two weeks ago... My tourney partner went yesterday and it's back on again.... May head that way here shortly.....

i saw on a t.v show the outdoors with doc, they was on the buoy chain tearing them up. They say debris lines are good. Ive never caught or eaten one.

It's not beat up, they change color when put on ice.... That's not worms, just something that stuck to it from the pier.....

Bruce you didnt get in on them when they where putting the pipeline through the lake. had a couple of good days with them.
