Did you wrap it in that red butchers paper ? I've been using that for some time now instead of aluminum foil and I like the red paper. In my opinion it keeps a better bark.

I used market basket brown paper bag. Couldn't find any butcher paper around here. Thought about ordering some but that stuff is expensive.m from what I see. Where do you get yours?

24" wide x 700 feet for like $25 Several places will refer to it as "peach color"..... I order several items from this place. They always have the best price. But I'm sure a brown paper bag works just as good. |
