Default Holeshot problemos

What would cause a boat to not be able to get out of the hole? 1996 Bullet running a 260hp Evinrude with a 27 pitch prop.

Aside from the smart azz comments, what would cause A BULLET WITH A 260hp EVINRUDE not be able to get out of the hole.

spun hub if the rpms are there.
