Fantastic ..... I bet there won't be a drainage ditch anywhere without a big bass boat on it .... It is nice to see these boys struggle to catch bass like most of us locals have done for years ...... I hope they show up every year

Personally I would rather see them on Rayburn to maybe take some pressure off of Toledo Bend

Make sure if you go to the weigh ins to register for the free stuff ,,,a buddy won a talon last year. There is a river bass tourney every Tuesday eve run out of the Orange boat ramp. Starts at 5:30 pm till dark. Simon Outfitters tackle shop runs it. 20 to 30 boats usually fish it. $40 per team last year. trash fish pot also and side redfish pot. 883-4400 for info.. I am glad they are coming back also and will make all the weigh ins again if possible. Get on BASS site and look at the boat locator and you will see that most do not fish close to the ramp. This feature only works when the tourney is going on. Chapman was fishing in Webster, Texas and one went to Morgan city, La....
