Cry bad 1996 Tohatzu 90!
just picked up the boat from the shop and i got bad news! the #2 cyl. is scored up and loosing compresion. #1 is at 120, #2 is at 50 and #3 is at 120.

so i guess the next thing to do is start shopping for another one

bore it over and run bigger rings. a lot cheaper than buying a new one. if you did it yourself it wouldnt cost over 300. get the service manual for the motor and go for it.

I'm a yamaha man but if your wanting to stay 2 stroke merc is the best 90 ever made.

i'm still looking, but i can get this one installed for 2500.00.
but i am still open to other engines.

well i think i found a replacement.
found a 2001 yamaha 115 four stroke.. thinking of having it done next week???
