Had a nice visiter come see us this morning, i guesstamated him at about 9 ft, 10 if he was lucky. Sorry for crappy pics... He came by showing his whole body so figured 9 or 10...Either way, I'd hate swimming with him

So for the guy who asked if we get very many gat ors at my house, YEH

Call LDWF and tell them the gator is getting too close to your house and dog.
They will send out someone to come get him.

A friend of mine that lives on the bayou, had one last year in their back yard. He would come up every day and sun in their back yard. He was every bit of 12' -he was a monster. they called the wildlife and fish,to come see about it cause they had their german shepherd on a cable. THey told them that they didnt do that anymore, but they had a guy that would maybe come and trap him. they callled the guy,but took him a couple of days to come and set his trap, the big beast never showed back up. I had told them I could take it out if they wanted ,just would have needed help with the after math. lol
