All appliance(elect/gas ref., a/c, stove, microwave, water heater & 12/110 volt lights) in great working order. Couch is made up as a queen bed at this time, but it can be replaced with original cushions and be used as a couch/fold down bed. Has a drop down double bed from ceiling and dinnet table that makes a double bed also. Trailer is equipped w/toilet and shower, w/fresh water, gray and black water holding tanks.
