Default Fish and scrimps

Went to a seafood shop here in Slidell to pick up some catfish and scrimps to fry up and saw this big girl layed up in there. I asked the guy to put her on the scale just out of curiosity and it weighed 6lbs. They sell whole trout in there for $5.99 a pound. Trout is a high dollar fish! I had no clue it sold for that.

Thats a nice Spec. I think they only have about 50 licensed commercial trout fisherman in the state and they have to be caught on rod-n-reel.
