Default Stolen

Steve's Fountain.jpgThis fountain along with a bird bath was stolen out of my neighborhood on Saturday night. If you have any information please call the Lafayette Sheriffs Dept. These guys are real bold because this fountain was not far from the front door. They removed the pump and all. It was a really heavy fountain that would have taken 2 people to move. We are in the process of going through some video footage to see if any of the neighbors captured any useful evidence. There has been several burglaries on the south side of lafayette of vehicles that are not locked but this takes the cake!

House got broken into this morning while I was at work. They took my gunsafe with about 4 guns in it but didn't take the guns that were in plain site. Lucky I wasn't home! Things would have ended a little different!! Would not have been good for them!

Sorry to hear that guys... I hate a thief!!! I just had an alarm put in last week. They know people with stuff worth stealing are out working during the day and it lessens the chances of them getting shot in the face. I'll never understand whats in the mind of a drug head.

We got a call this morning to let us know that a neighbor had speakers stolen out of their jeep last night. About a year ago, a pistol was taken out of a truck just down the street. Never heard how..... but this person was caught and the gun returned to the owner.

Seem like you hear of this kind of "stealing" happening when school is let out for the summer.

I have helped my mom's friend move her fountain which is smaller than that one. That thing is heavy. To move that one it would take at least 4 guys.

Yes, theft does increase in the summer months.

Really? That fountain is gorgeous. Better hope your wife doesn't see that post or you know what you'll be buying. Just don't buy the used one from the guy that has it in his van.lmao
