no scale to weigh. He said over 8 and I say over 9 lb.

Gotta be 9+. I caught one last year in March in Sabine 30 1/2" and it was 9.4. Awesome fish.

Yep Texas fish, they only use inches and not lbs

Never understood the point of How long a fish is?? All I care is what it weights

One time I caught a 24" 2.75lb fish in LNG. I'd much rather a short heavy fish then a long skinny one

I caught one in west cove that was 28.5" and weighed 5.98lb

30 inch under 8lbs
