I use Kent 2 3/4 # 6 for teal season then go to Kent 3" # 4 for the regular season. I like the #6 cause you get lots of BB's for those fast sailers and you can really knock up down at 140fps

Estate 3inch 1 3/8 #4 shot. I used to only shoot #6 but they are hard to find now. I loved 6 shot for all sized ducks. I am not a fan of black cloud. They dont shoot good out of my extended choke. Thats just my opinion. Ive had customers with the black cloud choke and shells and could fold them a ways out. They are just not for me. Had some buddies with blown out barrels shooting xpert. So i dont buy those either. Had plenty of duds in the remington sportsman shells too. Havent had a problem with Estate. Been shooting them for years. When u shooting a 1500 dollar gun buying a shell that cost a little more that will fire everytime are better than having to buy a new barrel.

I shoot Kent Fast Steel, Estate, and Remington Sportsman 3" #4's. Ill shoot 3 1/2s for geese but thats it. It just depends on where I am at when I buy shells. Billys in PI has Kent, Lafayette Shooters I get Estate, and Wal Mart or something like that where I am in a hurry, I will get Remington Sportsman. I shoot an SBE II and have never had any problems with duds from any of these brands. I go through a few cases a year hunting 3-4 days/week so I try and keep it cheap.

I went ride out to the lease in PI yesterday. Pretty much bone dry out there but got a few little holes holding enought water to float some teal dekes that we could bust some teal in. Almost got carried out of there by the deer flies. My buddy had some kind of allergic reaction to them and is all swoll up!

They quit making the 3", 1-3/8oz # 6 a few years ago. At that time, I bought a case.....they were great for teal......
